I took a picture of my floor, and started doodling a face on it.
Ended up with a tree man who's facial features are made up of smaller faces.
I decided to make him a tree, because I figured the seams of the different faces would blend well with the contours of bark. Also, it meant I could disguise the beard of one of the faces as a random growth of moss. It also meant I could keep the photo underneath to give it some more texture.
I'm not sure what the animation would be about. I imagine he gets annoyed when his facial features decide to detach and fly about.
